What is the People’s Stage?
Every year, many Wisdom 2.0 participants ask how they can share their great work, insights, and presentations with our community. We are happy to announce the return of The People’s Stage to our 2017 annual conference.
The People’s Stage is a series of interactive breakout sessions submitted by registered conference attendees and selected by popular community vote. The People’s Stage has space for 130 participants, as it is designed for more intimate, interactive sessions. Sessions are about 18 minutes long.

Title: Intersections: Climate Change, Wisdom Practices & Technology Shifts
Description: Living into our changing atmosphere, oceans and weather patterns is an immense invitation into creativity.
And technological and behavior shifts.
Please join me as we do some grounding and centering practices for cultivating resilience and “action with equanimity”. We’ll discuss initiatives and platforms such as MIT’s Solve:Fuel Challenge which is accepting proposals through March 7, 2017. We’ll intertwine our practices with looking at how some communities and businesses are already creatively living into climate change. And we’ll use the collective intelligence in our session to find seeds for further projects and actions.
Climate change is happening. Through clear-minded, heart-felt action and reflection seasoned with humor and body awareness, we lose nothing. And we may find beneficial outcomes we can’t yet imagine.
